Restorative Yoga is designed to systematically rest your body in a sequence of passive poses.

Effortlessly you are draped over soft cushions and blankets. (two yoga blocks, 2 blankets and a bolster)
o Feel supported as you let go layers of fatigue.
o Maggie is your expert guide into relaxed awareness, soothing breath and deep meditation.
o Enter the Stillness.
o This practice is suitable for anyone who wants to heal from stress, injury or illness.
o Previous yoga experience is not required.
